Refund and Cancellation Policy

This covers payments made through this website for consultations, and advances paid to confirm a procedure date.

 

Consultations

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your fee is refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the fee is not refunded, but one reschedule is offered at no extra cost within 30 days.

If you do not attend and have not told us, the fee is not refunded. If something prevented you from attending, please get in touch and it will be considered.

If the consultation is cancelled from our side, or cannot go ahead for any reason here, you may choose either a full refund or a new appointment.

If an online consultation fails because of a connection or platform problem, it is rescheduled at no cost, or refunded in full if you would rather.

 

Procedure advances

Where a procedure has been planned and a date confirmed, an advance may be requested to hold that date. It is adjusted against the final bill.

If you cancel 7 days or more before the scheduled date, the advance is refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the advance is not refunded. By then theatre time, implants and the anaesthetist's attendance have been booked and cannot be released.

If the procedure is postponed or cancelled on medical grounds — whether on advice given to you, or from our side — the advance is refunded in full, or carried forward to a new date if you prefer.

 

How refunds are made

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. They are initiated within 3 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are made for the full amount paid. Payment gateway charges are borne by this practice and are not deducted from your refund.

 

Asking for a refund or cancelling

Write to drpatiladitya@gmail.com or call 8884448059 with your name, the date of the appointment or procedure, and the payment reference. You will hear back within 2 working days.
